Terms of Service

Numidia Cashback returns to you a share of the Introducing Broker commission that our partner brokers pay us on your trading volume. The service is free to use; we are compensated by the broker, not by you.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
• You must not be resident in a jurisdiction where using this service, or trading with the relevant broker, is prohibited.
• One person may hold one Numidia Cashback account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and their balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you give us.

Rebates can only be paid on trading accounts that are correctly registered under our IB link with the broker. An account opened outside our link may not be eligible, and in some cases the broker will not permit it to be transferred.

We never require your broker password. We only need the account number, so the broker can report its volume to us.

• Rebates accrue per traded lot, at the rate published on the relevant broker's page at the time of the trade.
• Rates are set by the broker and can change. We publish the current rate; we do not control it.
• Rebate data comes from the broker's reporting. Where our figures and the broker's differ, the broker's reporting is final.
• Trades that the broker reverses, voids, or classifies as abusive (including latency arbitrage, and other practices the broker's own terms prohibit) earn no rebate, and any rebate already credited for them may be reversed.

• Accrued cashback is credited to your Numidia Cashback balance and can be withdrawn subject to the published minimum withdrawal amount.
• Payouts are processed after the broker has settled the corresponding commission to us. If a broker delays or withholds payment, the corresponding payout to you is delayed accordingly.
• You are responsible for supplying correct payout details. We cannot recover funds sent to a wallet address you entered incorrectly.
• Any taxes arising on your rebates are your responsibility.

You may earn a share of the cashback earned by users who register through your referral link. Self-referral, incentivised sign-ups, spam, and traffic obtained by misrepresenting the service are prohibited and will void referral earnings.

• Do not attempt to manipulate volume solely to generate rebates. Brokers detect this and will claw the commission back.
• Do not use false identities, or another person's trading account, to claim rebates.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and withhold rebates arising from the breach.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add or remove partner brokers, change published rates when the broker changes them, and amend these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, for a broker's acts or omissions (including its failure to pay commission, its insolvency, or its treatment of your account), or for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the rebates properly due and unpaid to you.

You may close your account at any time by writing to us. Any balance above the minimum withdrawal amount, and properly due, will be paid out before closure.
