1. Agreement to Terms

2. Service Description

Numidia Cashback provides a rebate service for forex and CFD traders. We partner with brokers to return a portion of the spread or commission from your trades back to you as cashback. Our Service includes:

Tracking eligible trading activity through partner brokers
Calculating and crediting cashback based on trading volume
Facilitating withdrawals of earned cashback
Providing account management and reporting tools

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
Have a valid trading account with one of our partner brokers
Link your broker account through our designated process

4. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information as needed
Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

5. Cashback Calculation and Payment

Cashback rates vary by broker, instrument, and account type
Cashback is calculated based on data provided by partner brokers
We process cashback credits according to each broker's reporting schedule
Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply
Withdrawals are processed via cryptocurrency to your designated wallet address
We are not responsible for delays caused by brokers or payment processors

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Create multiple accounts or use false identities
Manipulate trading activity solely to generate cashback
Engage in any form of fraud or abuse of the Service
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated systems to interact with the Service without permission
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Risk Disclosure

Trading forex and CFDs involves significant risk of loss. Please note:

We are not a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution
Past cashback earnings do not guarantee future earnings
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
Trading losses may exceed your initial investment
Cashback earnings do not offset trading losses

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Numidia Cashback or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numidia Cashback and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Trading losses or missed opportunities
Errors or delays in cashback calculations or payments
Actions or omissions of partner brokers
Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of cashback credited to your account in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Numidia Cashback, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you remain entitled to withdraw any earned cashback balance, subject to minimum withdrawal requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
