Response times

We aim to reply to every message within one business day. Payout enquiries that depend on a broker's reporting can take longer, because we have to wait for the broker to confirm the volume before we can answer accurately.

What to include

  • The email address on your Numidia Cashback account.
  • The broker and trading account number the question relates to.
  • For a payout question: the date and amount of the withdrawal request.

Never send us your broker password or trading credentials. We do not need them and we will never ask for them.

Reporting impersonation. We only ever contact you from @numidia-cashback.com addresses, and we never ask you to deposit money with us, send crypto to an individual, or hand over account passwords. If someone does this in our name, report it to support@numidia-cashback.com.
